Speaker Boehner is not off to a good start -
he tried to push this through using "special rules" that require 2/3 majority vote - he came up 7 short, so perhaps we do have some folks who will stand up to the "business as usual" mentality in Washington DC - this bill failed because it is abusive in that it allows the feds to sieze your medical records along with other personal documents which have nothing to do with terrorist oversight The Republicans who voted "NO" Tuesday night were Roscoe G. Bartlett (Md.), Paul Broun (Ga.), Walter B. Jones (N.C.), Justin Amash (Mich.), Michael G. Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Christopher P. Gibson (N.Y.), Tom Graves (Ga.), Randy Hultgren (Ill.), Raul R. Labrador (Idaho), Robert Schilling (Ill.), David Schweikert (Ariz.) and Rob Woodall (Ga.)
we say Good for you, "NO" voters
